Vuina wine cellar is a family winery in Kaštel Štafilić with more than a century long family tradition made of a lot of effort and love. Neven Vuina, the owner, is endeavouring to preserve and present the best of his winery by producing wine from the autochthonous Dalmatian grape variety, i.e. grape variety from Kaštela – Trogir vineyards. Štafileo wines are named after the founder of Kaštel Štafilić, Stjepan Stafileo. Stafileo was Greek and his name derives from the Greek word staphile, meaning cluster. Production technology combines traditional with modern and contemporary wine growing and oenology knowledge. Winery is actually made of all the members of Vuina family and this gives it a personal touch. They do all the jobs from the vineyard to the final product by themselves. Each vine in the field and wine in each barrel is given special attention in order to produce high quality wines that can justifiably represent the family,Kaštela and their vineyards.
Vuina family owns plantations on the west side of Kaštela – Trogir vineyards. The family owns them for a very long time.
